In a world where leadership skills and others’ experience can be summoned by a touch on a phone, you are bombarded by cliche phrases and fabricated stories that attempt to teach you lessons on how to be a world-class leader. But how often does their best advice fall flat? Almost always, right? Why? Because they never experienced being what they are teaching. They go from reading about leadership to teaching leadership without the most important part, practicing. Without actually doing it, there can be no real emotions attached to the lesson, so it will never be something real.
