leadership is not learned

it is practiced

How you know is more important than What you know.

In a world where leadership skills and others’ experience can be summoned by a touch on a phone, you are bombarded by cliche phrases and fabricated stories that attempt to teach you lessons on how to be a world-class leader. But how often does their best advice fall flat? Almost always, right? Why? Because they never experienced being what they are teaching. They go from reading about leadership to teaching leadership without the most important part, practicing. Without actually doing it, there can be no real emotions attached to the lesson, so it will never be something real. What you will see in my blogs and podcast (coming soon) is nothing but real-life experiences pertaining to leadership and life. What you know is not enough. How you know is all that is real. Knowledge is not power–it is only a start. Experience is where true strength lies.
